When will my reward ship?
All rewards that contain Hell or High Water will ship as soon as they are completed. Right now the delivery timeframe is March of 2020. We are working hard to finish them sooner but March is our commitment. Rewards that are just Dungeon Craft and Level Up D20 will ship on or before December 2019.

Are the pieces “punch-out”?
Nope. We chose not to make the pieces punch-out for a couple of reasons. Firstly, every test we did with a punch-out piece left small white dots that were very noticeable and made the pieces look bad. The second reason is the cost. Punch-out pieces were way more expensive and we wanted to make Dungeon Craft affordable for everyone. A nice pair of scissors is all that you need. Clean cut lines look much better.

Is Dungeon Craft only for Dungeons & Dragons?
Not at all. Dungeon Craft works with any fantasy table-top role-playing game out there. Dungeon Craft compliments Pathfinder perfectly. If you are playing any game that requires trees, buildings, treasure chests, or zombies, then Dungeon Craft will work.

Are there rules?
Tons…. Jk. We have no rules. Dungeon Craft simply compliments any table-top game you may be playing. It is a book filled with all the terrain needed to build a battle map such as trees, barrels, skeletons, houses, rivers, and so much more

What age range is Dungeon Craft appropriate for?
Dungeon Craft is for all ages. If you have been playing for 20 years, this book can eliminate most of your time drawing and give you the tools needed to build engaging encounters. If you are brand new to the game, Dungeon Craft is the perfect addition to your game. If you are kiddo, this is for you. Paper pieces help build a world for all ages to play in.

Are the game pieces waterproof?
They are resistant. But here is the good news, we give you a ton of pieces. They can survive a few spills. But if they are destroyed, cut, torn, or covered in salsa don’t worry. We give you a ton of pieces! Enjoy the book without any fears. Please don’t ban your favorite beverage from the table. Drink, play, and be merry!

Can I back multiples of one pledge?
Yes! Simply increase the amount of the pledge equal to the pledge amount. We will not charge additional shipping domestically. If the pledge level amount is $45 and you would like 2, simply pledge $90 and we will send 2 rewards.

Unfortunately, we are not using a pledge manager. Please pledge the amount that you wish to back. There will not be an option to increase your dollar pledge after the campaign ends.

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
