Another update about surveys
about 19 hours ago – Tue, Sep 17, 2019 at 01:46:47 AM

Backers,

Sorry to update you all twice in a day..... Ok, so here is what I have gathered about the missing surveys. Apparently a lot of inboxes are filtering the emails. I am not sure why. The surveys were sent out via Backerkit and I have no control over it. Either way here is information that should help everyone.

Use the Search function in your emails

Check for "1985 Games" or "Backerkit"

Also, Some inboxes are auto filtering the email, even from your search (again, not sure why). You may have to turn your filter off, then search for the email.

Here is a link where you can type in you email to get the survey resent. Hopefully we have the right email and it makes its way to you.

https://dungeon-craft.backerkit.com/

I hope this helps everyone. If there are still problems, I will work with BackerKit to fix the issue. The good news is the majority of you have already filled out the survey. I apologize for the second update but I want to make sure everyone gets the survey.

Thanks

Josh

Quick update on BackerKit emails.
1 day ago – Mon, Sep 16, 2019 at 05:45:53 PM

Backers,

A lot of you have reached out asking where the BackerKit email is. We have discovered that many inboxes have labeled the BackerKit email as a promotion. So please check your promotion emails or even your spam.... All emails have been sent. Please check for yours. If you do not have it, let me know.

Surveys are being sent out!
4 days ago – Sat, Sep 14, 2019 at 01:43:58 AM

Backers!

You will all receive an email today with a survey. Please fill it out! It will ask for your shipping address so we know where to send your rewards! You can change you address up to 2 week before we ship but please put the best address for you to receive the rewards.

We have had many of you request split-shipping and we are now set up. Along with the survey, you will have the option to add split-shipping to your reward. Simple add it to your cart in the survey and choose your area. We will know who split-shipped and will send out the Dungeon Craft: VOL 1 first and then Hell & High Water in March 2020.

Also! Many of you want to upgrade from the main book to the bundle with Hell & High Water. This can also be done through BackerKit and the survey we are sending out. If you want to add Hell & High Water to your pledge, it is very simple to do. Just add it to your cart and you are good to go.

Thanks for the support! Travis is working hard. Stretch goals are done and we are deep into the Hell & High Water phase. Publishing is going smoothly and the days are filled with very rewarding work. We can't wait to share Dungeon Craft with all of you.

Please reach out if you have any questions! I will have more updates soon.

Cheers

Josh

Backers,

Again, thanks for the tremendous support for our book, Dungeon Craft. I wanted send a quick update to all of you. Travis is hard at work and sending some amazing art my way, LOOK BELOW ;)

I wanted to clarify something about BackerKit. We built a preorder store in their platform to allow people who did not have the opportunity to order through KS. In another week or so, we will be fully built out on BackerKit to allow backers to upgrade their pledges. I have had a lot of request from people who want the  Complete package, you will have that opportunity soon.

YES! You will get the stretch goals when you preorder through BackerKit. BackerKit will stay live until we have put in our order for Hell & High Water. After that you will have to order from our web store or hopefully pick one up at your local game shop!

This has been such a wonderful experience for us that we want to share it. If you are into miniatures (as we are) here is a really cool KS happening with now. Very high quality minis and a great price. Check them out!

 Adventurers & Adversaries

Finally, some sketches and art!

Yeah, you're getting a cat!

Til next time!

26 days ago – Fri, Aug 23, 2019 at 02:36:40 AM

Backers,

Firstly, thank all of you again for the support and encouragement. We are moving at light-speed over here. So let's talk about what is next.

International Backers

There are many of you out there that were not able to back this project because shipping options were not offered to your territory. You will all be able to order our books on BackerKit.com once the campaign ends. The pricing will be the same and there will be shipping options for all countries. and YES, you will get the stretch goals! The Backerkit will be up for preorders for a few weeks. Here is the link:

https://dungeon-craft.backerkit.com/hosted_preorders

Surveys

In about 2 weeks you will all get a survey to fill out and get us your address. With Backerkit you will be able to adjust your shipping address up until the books are sent out.

Delivery

Dungeon Craft will go into production soon and we plan to have them ready to send out in Q4 this year. The stretch goals will ship with your order. Hell & High Water is being worked on now and we should be ready to place our order for the book later this year. Hell & High Water will ship early next year.

More Questions?

Great! We will be here to communicate with all of you as often as possible. When we get some fun art to share, we will update you. When we get our orders in, we will update you. When we are pulling all-nighters fulfilling your orders, you will get an update. Please keep asking questions and reaching out to us. There is nothing more important than connecting with all of you. Please join our mailing list at 1985games.com to get our updates. We're attending a few events this year and if we have books on us and we are in your city, we'd love to meet you and hand your book over. Keep an eye out for more updates on that soon.

Anything else?

I am sure there is a lot of questions and stuff I am forgetting to mention here. Before you shoot me your next questions or encouragements, here is a few new pieces of art Travis has been working on. Enjoy ;)
