Series Two Kickstarter launch!

Hey Everyone,
Once again we want to say thank you so much for making Dungeon Craft possible. We can not express how wonderful all of you have been through this process. You are all fantastic!
As many of you already know, we have launched our new Kickstarter for the second series of Dungeon Craft books! It is live and we would love your support. We have already been fully funded within the first 3 hours and are now through our first 3 levels of stretch goals and climbing! You can find the new Kickstarter HERE.
We have created a reward level called the Legacy Campaign Upgrade that has all the new content without the old.
Legacy Campaign Upgrade
If you own our previous books, This is the reward level for you. You'll get 1 copy of Castles & Keeps, 1 copy of Cursed Lands. Plus all 5 double-sided battle maps, Fey Forest add-on, Wall pack add-on, Building pack add-on, Brine Break add-on, and the limited edition Level Up obsidian D20. As well as all stretch goals.

Finish Line & Beyond!

Hey Everyone,
Once again we at 1985 Games want to say thank you so much for helping get Dungeon Craft off the ground and making this project as successful as it has been. With that said there are a couple of things we wanted to cover and a piece of big news.
First, is that we have roughly 130 people who have yet to fill out their survey, so we do not have an address to send your order to. We have been trying to send out weekly emails to those of you who have yet to update the survey. If you have not received anything please check your email or contact us at [email protected].
Second, for those of you who are missing stretch goals, our European fulfillment partner has stretch goals now and those should be going out in the next week or so.
Third, based on our current numbers from Backerkit we are closing in on having fulfilled every order for those who have completed their survey. For any of you who are missing rewards, we want to make sure we get that taken care of. Please contact us here or at [email protected] if you need assistance.
Finally, after months of hard work, we are excited to announce our second Kickstarter for our next two Dungeon Craft books and our very own Battle maps!
- New books will include Castles & Keeps, an asset book for castle based adventures, and Cursed Lands, a book set for creating a Gothic style adventure and a great companion book for the Curse of Strahd!
- Our brand new Battle maps will look to match all of the new books, as well as our previous books. They will be reversible, fold-able, and work with markers.
We are excited to say that we will be launching this Kickstarter Tuesday, April 21st!
We are not going anywhere and will continue to monitor this Kickstarter page to make sure we are answering questions and getting books out to the last few backers.
Once again we wanted to thank you all for everything that you have done to help make our first Kickstarter so successful! You are the best!

The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly (European Fulfillment Partner)

Greetings Backers!
I have seen from the comments and emails that a lot of our international backers have not gotten their stretch goals. This is unacceptable and will be corrected. Below is a quick update on what's happening.
THE GOOD
We are over 95% complete for fulfillment on the KS. We hope to have it all done very soon. Of course, there are always problems with bad addresses, lost packages, and stolen goods. The postal service in the US and around the world is not perfect and things happen. We still have some backers who have not provided an address and we are continuing to reach out to them. Things happen and lives change, we understand this and will do everything in our power to get these books delivered. We will never give up on a backer! We will always have their book waiting for them. That being said, if you have not received a book yet, please let us know.

THE BAD
The first thing I need to address is the missing stretch goals. It appears the stretch goals were not included in the fulfillment process we had in place. We do not know why this happened but please be assured, we will fix the problem and YOU WILL GET YOUR STRETCH GOALS ASAP! If you did not receive your stretch goals, let us know immediately. These are limited and we printed extras just in case. I want to make sure everyone gets theirs.
Secondly, If you have a page that is damaged, folded, scuffed, or has any other defect on it. Please let us know. We will send a replacement page to you. We printed a lot of books and we spot-checked hundreds of copies but there is always a small percentage of damaged or misprinted pages. We have spoken with many high-end manufacturers and when you print at the number we did it is unavoidable. That is our problem to work out. Please let us know if you need a replacement.
THE UGLY
We chose a partner in Europe to handle EU/UK orders. They have been a really bad decision. They have cost us a lot of money due to the many errors they have made. The most recent is not shipping some stretch goals that will cost us another round of shipping fees, handling fees, customs fees, and packaging fees. It has been frustrating at best. We will not be using them again and are very sorry that delays happened for our international backers. We are currently working to fix this problem and should have everything finished up soon. Thank you for your patience.
Another problem that arose from this bad partnership was a lack of tracking information. We were told that tracking would be forwarded onto our backers when the package was scanned, so you would all have an email with the information. That did not happen. In some cases they sent a long excel sheet weeks after fulfillment and after most people received their packages. This caused a lot of headaches for us and you. It seems now most have gotten their books and we still never got tracking for them. This will not happen in the future as we will not be working with them again.
MISC.
As most of you know, we try to be as transparent and open as possible. Continuing this goal of honesty with our community, here are some additional tidbits of information:
1. I messed up...... I edited the stretch goals myself and one of the trees was not perfectly aligned with the reverse side. I am sorry to say that you will have to make a very important decision and choose which tree you like best because the other side will be cut short. So far this has been the only piece we have found to have been placed poorly on the sheet.
2. COVID-19 is everywhere and it is causing problems. I do not see this affecting our final push for delivery. As I stated earlier, we are almost done. The last of the orders were sent out yesterday (Canada) and most everything else has been delivered or is en route. I get emails daily from people who are upset they did not get their package yet. A lot of the times it is because of an error in the address, not having a survey filled out, or just bad luck with the postal service. Whatever the reason, I am here and I want to get you your book. PLEASE reach out.
Please take care of yourself and your family. Times are crazy right now but generosity, compassion, and care will go a long way to improving our communities being affected by COVID-19. Every single one of you is important to us. Stay safe and healthy.

Hell & High Water is IN!!!

We have Great News Everyone!
Hell& High Water has just arrived and we are starting to fulfill orders as we speak! We will be working diligently to make sure that we get orders out as fast as possible. Orders should be shipping out in waves and tracking numbers should go out as your orders do!
Here's what to expect for shipping in your area:
Books have arrived in Australia and fulfillment has started!
Books arrived in port with US Books and are in transit to the fulfillment facility, expect books to start shipping before the end of the week.
Books are in transit to the European Fulfillment center in Germany. Books should arrive there in the next day or two, fulfillment should start after that.
Books have just arrived, fulfillment will begin here as soon as possible!
